THE ICONIC DESIGNER’S RESEARCH STUDIO UNVEILS A SUPERB NEW PARIS BRASSERIE: Tom Dixon has recently redesigned the brasserie at Publicis Drugstore, situated at the very top of the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The venue has been one of the revolutionary hotspots of the “city of love” for over sixty years, and is now part of the Tom Dixon Design Research Studio’s portfolio. The new restaurant and bar has been renamed Le Drugstore, and is located on the ground floor of the famed shopping and entertainment centre at 133 Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Sicilian Sunshine Graces Aoyama’s New Fashion Retail Gem Fashion giant Dolce & Gabbana recently opened the doors to its new boutique in Aoyama, Tokyo. The innovative design project delivered by Gwenael Nicolas and his creative practice Curiosity establishes a strong connection between the structure, product and materials through beautiful light effects, bold contrasts and special perspectives. It has been ten years since Chinese contemporary art made its appearance in France. Until 5 September 2016, the Fondation Louis Vuitton presents an exhibition devoted to Chinese art.
